P Vijayakumar is a Mechanical Engineer from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore. He has 30+ years of work experience in various domains of infrastructure and digital projects. He has extensive experience in thermal power generation- IPP, CPP and co-generation, including design, engineering, project management, EPC, operation and maintenance. He also has extensive experience in boilers and turbines. He also led the project execution and management of the 16 lakh sft Texvalley Mall in Erode as Chief Executive Officer, a position he held for 7 years till July 2022. He co-founded Tavira Services Private Limited, a two (2)-years-old project management consulting company along with R Tamil Anban.

R Tamilanban is a Mechanical Engineer from Al-Ameen Institute of Technology, Erode. He has 30+ years of work experience in the project management domain. He has been a Director at ICI Projects India P Ltd for the last 14 years, and is co-founder of Tavira Services P Ltd. ICI Projects India P Ltd is a project management company based in Erode, and is engaged in the development, implementation, financing and management of Industrial parks, most notable being Erode Textile Mall (Texvalley), and also the Ministry of Textiles, GoI.
